Best natural medicine manual.

I have learned that there are remedies for almost everything, in the natural world. This is the best natural medicine manual!

So far the five remedies that I used, worked. I will keep on looking into this book if I need any health advice. My doctor told me that the herbs that I use are really good for what I am using it for....I wander why he didn't tell me about the herbs himself?

I am not into "bogus healing practices/healers", but this book so far is nothing like that. I had horrible pain in my chest for a while and my doctor couldn't find the reson for this pain, he suggested pharmaceuticals/chemicals/pills.
