Yay to winning free things!This is an amazing debut novel for author Kathi Barton. Ms. Barton has done an amazing job of building the sexual tension between the hero(Aaron) and heroine(Sara). I would love to see so much more of Sara's story. Because my first love lies with young adult novels, all I could think while reading this amazing novel was 'I would love the author to do Sara's back story as a YA novel. Blood, Body and Mind has amazing description and takes the reading into the magic with in the book. I loved
This is my thoughts of the whole series as I just did a re-read of all 14 books. This was one of the series that started my love of paranormal romance/ urban fantasy many moons ago. It will therefore always have a special place in my heart. I love the character and the stories, for about three of the books, delighted me. However, this is not one of Kathi's best works. It was a mix of feelings for me on this book.I liked the story... What I didn't like was that while it prolonged the novel from sex craziness until 70% something (Kindle edition) which was usually ok with me - it ended up all about sex after that point. This is a bit ranty, at tad spiolery, and more than a little long. You have been warned. I have read a book. By all accounts, it was a bad book (horrible, inconceivably horrible) riddled with plot holes the size of Dalek battle fleet. That is not my problem (48% of problem).
